Biography
Prof. Olga Kubar is Head of the Clinical Department at Pasteur Institute, St. Petersburg. She is an experienced Regulatory Adviser at the national and international levels (UNESCO and IPA CIS) with particular expertise on Human Rights related to medicine taking into account social, legal and environmental dimensions. Prof. Kubar has contributed to guidelines, internationally (recommendations, reports, model laws for WHO, UNESCO and IPA CIS) and is a Member of the Russian Bioethics Committee at the Commission for the Russian Federation for UNESCO, Ex-Chair and Honorary member of the Forum for Ethics Committees in the Commonwealth of Independent States (FECCIS), and a Member of the European Forum for Good Clinical Practice (EFGCP) Board.
